United States Process Serving Corp., is a professional association of retired peace officers, hailing from all different agencies, local,state and federal, which provide process serving duties to Attorneys and Government Agencies across the Country. In business since 1983 our Corporation is recognized as a leading provider of litigation support services.

As we traveled throughout North America with our personnel bus, we decided to partake in America's greatest past-time, and as we were passing through Talladega earlier this year we stopped by to watch the race.

Our Human Resources bus travels many miles a year, if you are an active on-duty officer look for our plates on our bus they read 10-20, which sums up exactly our mindset at times, we have no idea where we are half the time!!

United States Process Serving Corp., is currently looking to hire retired peace officers to serve civil process for us. To qualify you must have no criminal record, be bondable and have a peace officer background. This includes the ranks of Police, Prison, Parole, etc.

NOTE: We ONLY hire those with a peace officer background. If this does not apply to you, please do not apply or inquire. United States Process Serving Corp also does not provide guidance on 'how to become a process server' unless you are eligible to join our team.

Each of our corporate offices is run by a contracted individual under a 5 year term. The men and women who make up our ranks enjoy the freedom and benefits of being an independent contractor.

If you are viewing our site and see that United States Process Serving Corp already has a corporate office in your vicinity, please send in a resume anyway! Our servers are always looking for backup in case of illness, or during busy periods and holiday times, etc. Note: our corporate office pages are always identified by our badge logo (see here for an example). If you don't see 'the badge', it means that the company on that page is not one of ours, and merely listed for informational purposes. So if you're visiting our site and see a non-corporate office listed in your area, send in your resume! We merely list non-corporate offices for the convenience of our clients, and still actively look to hire in those cities and towns.
